Pay: HK$19764 to HK$24023 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide executive administrative and general clerical support for the daily operation of the centre.
2. Maintain and support on filing management records keeping department web page.
3. Compile statistics conduct simple analysis and assist in preparation of reports.
4. To compile reports including procurement and budgeting reports for management review.
5. Assist in planning coordinating and organizing departmental programs and activities.
6. Provide logistic support on functions and activities.
7. Handle enquiries perform reception duties liaise and communicate with staff and clients.
8. May need to manage information system for patient registration and attendance record.
9. Prepare and draft documents such as patient education pamphlets and presentation power point.
10. To help with the use of various hospital systems for supplies ordering repair & maintenance and duty input as assigned by supervisor.
11. May be required to work in different locations.
12. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates; OR
2. Completed F.5/S.5 with:
i) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language or equivalent; OR
ii) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent
AND diploma in a specialized function
Preferred Attributes:
1. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Responsible self-motivated and able to work independently.
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Other common office automation (e.g. E-mail Internet/Intranet etc) in PC applications including MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
5. Good command of phone manner and customer service skill.
