In this role youll own critical responsibilities that drive patient safety and surgical success. Daily duties include circulating and scrubbing on a broad range of procedures maintaining a pristine sterile field preparing and verifying instrumentation assisting surgeons and anesthesia teams securing patient positioning coordinating supplies and equipment and ensuring accurate case documentation and counts. Youll partner with perioperative nurses surgeons and support staff to anticipate needs troubleshoot equipment and streamline turnover between cases. With exposure to diverse case mixesgeneral orthopedic ENT gynecology trauma and moreyoull expand your clinical repertoire and pursue targeted professional development through certifications workshops and mentorship programs.
