77 Consultants is seeking a Locum CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) to join our dedicated team in Worcester. This on-site contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a dynamic medical practice environment.
As a Locum CRNA you will play a critical role in delivering anesthesia services for various surgical procedures. You will collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety. We offer a competitive salary range of $180 - $200 per hour providing you with the flexibility and financial benefits associated with contract work in the medical field.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluate patient histories
- Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed anesthesia records
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery for patients
- Provide emergency interventions as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Anesthesia
- Current CRNA certification and state licensure
- Experience in an anesthesiology setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of anesthesia protocols and patient care standards
- Flexibility to adapt to varying clinical situations and schedules

3 ORs (1 general anesthesia 2 MAC)
