- Great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in high volume recruitment.
About the Opportunity
This is a maternity leave cover for a fixed period contract.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing and sourcing across a range of roles within the business.
The focus for this role is high volume retail Brand Ambassador recruitment and Merchandiser recruitment however there is also a requirement for finding exceptional talent for Client Service Management and Business Management roles.

About you
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has held a similar position previously.
You are resilient and agile in your approach.
You work with a sense of urgency and are able to multitask and prioritise effectively demonstrate to support the ever changing business needs.
The successful candidate will also have:
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment
- An understanding of current sourcing techniques
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Relevant tertiary HR or business qualification preferred but not essential
