Are you a logistics whiz with a knack for managing time and keeping things running smoothly PurAgain Water is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our service technicians are efficiently dispatched and that our customers receive top-notch service.
What Youll Do:
Manage service calls and dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly.
Utilize your strong understanding of local geography and traffic flow to optimize service routes.
Ensure an 80% sit rate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managing their daily tasks.
Provide excellent customer service keeping customers informed and satisfied.
Use your logistics knowledge whether from military warehouse or delivery experience to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls and technician assignments.
Handle time management with precision ensuring that all service calls are addressed in a timely manner.
Work closely with the service team ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.
Requirements

Logistics Expertise: Experience in logistics whether through military warehouse or delivery services like Uber or DoorDash is highly valued.
Local Knowledge: A deep understanding of the local area ideally having lived here your whole life.
Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems and other computer applications.
Time Management: Excellent at juggling multiple tasks and ensuring theyre completed efficiently.
Customer Service: A natural at making customers feel valued and ensuring their needs are met.
