Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician you ll be out in the field tackling repairs maintenance and diagnostics on some of the toughest and most advanced equipment on the market including Liebherr Roadtec Gomaco Manitowoc and Grove.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Inspect troubleshoot & repair construction and crushing/screening equipment
- Work across mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic systems
- Use advanced diagnostic tools laptops gauges & instruments
- Disassemble/assemble machines to exact manufacturer specs
- Interpret manuals service orders & tech documentation
- Complete accurate service reports PM checklists & timecards
- Represent American State with professionalism and strong communication
- Travel 50% to support customers in the field
- High school diploma or GED (technical school a plus)
- 3 5 years of hands-on heavy equipment repair experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude & working knowledge of tools
- Basic welding skills
- Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication & customer service mindset
- Class B CDL a strong plus
