Job Description

As a Reservations Agent you will assist customers with car rental bookings provide product information and support sales-related activities while delivering excellent customer service.

Additional Benefits

Performance Bonus: 2000/year (pro-rated monthly after 6 months)
Sales Commission: Eligible 2 months after going live
Language Allowance: 85/month

Requirements

Fluent Italian and good English
Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset
