Working Hours
Salary Progression (Contact Centre Agent Rates)

Month 1: 5.60 / hour

Month 2: 8.10 / hour

After probation: 8.50 / hour
-
After 12 months: 8.75 / hour (performance-based)

After 18 months: 9.20 / hour (performance-based)
Additional Benefits

Performance Bonus: up to 2000 per year
(pro-rated quarterly eligible after 6-month probation)

Language Allowance: 250 per month
(eligible after training period)

Relocation Allowance: 2000
(paid after 1 month of employment)
Requirements

German: C2 level (mandatory)

English: C1 level

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working in a contact centre environment

Willingness to work on-site in Malta
