Location: Malta (Relocation Support Available)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 18:30 (8h daily shift)
About the Role
Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Join a dynamic airline contact centre team where your role will be to assist customers via phone email chat and social media providing top-notch support for a wide range of airline services. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) offering stability professional growth and a clear career path for those eager to learn and excel.
You will receive comprehensive training gain valuable experience in the airline industry and have the opportunity to develop in multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with all queries related to airline services via phone chat email and social media.
Provide professional courteous and efficient service at all times.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve performance targets.
Continuously improve knowledge of airline products services and internal systems.
Requirements
Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1) both spoken and written.
Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
Typing speed: minimum 25 WPM.
Team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Progression:
1st month (Training & Practice): 5.60/hour
2nd month: 8.10/hour
After probation: 8.50/hour
After 12 months: 8.75/hour (performance-based)
After 18 months: 9.20/hour (performance-based)
Additional Benefits:
German Language Allowance: 250/month (post-training)
Performance Bonus: Up to 2000/year (pro-rated monthly eligible after 6 months)
Relocation Support: 2000 (eligible after 1 month of employment)
