Our client an iGaming company dedicated to delivering an excellent user experience is currently looking for a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team.
This is a hybrid role in St. Julians with a salary of 26K.
Role & Responsibilities
Assist players via email and chat
Understand players needs and address issues promptly
Identify possible Responsible Gambling concerns and risk-related red flags
Cooperate with and escalate cases to external teams to ensure the right solutions are found
Education Skills & Experience
Native-level fluency in Finnish (written and spoken)
Fluency in English at C1 level
Estonian fluency is a plus
Excellent communication skills empathetic and solution-focused approach
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify well-being concerns
Able to handle difficult conversations professionally
Capable of working independently and within a team
