Scope of the Job

Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle management

Manage HR operations such as employee records HRMS attendance payroll inputs and exits
-
Drive employee engagement initiatives grievance handling and welfare activities
-
Coordinate learning & development programs and track training effectiveness
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory requirements and internal HR policies
Qualifications
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
-
4 years of experience in corporate HR roles (manufacturing/industrial setup preferred)
-
Working knowledge of HRMS payroll processes labor laws and compliance
-
Strong communication coordination and organizational skills
