Ecodedash is a growing technology and digital solutions company specializing in web development software solutions and digital innovation. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to support our hiring needs across technical and non-technical roles.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should have prior experience hiring for IT/technical roles and possess strong sourcing screening and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle IT and non-IT hiring (Developers Designers QA Marketing HR etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals social media and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in IT recruitment)
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hiring for Web Development Software Development and Digital Marketing roles
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong networking and headhunting abilities
