Executive Planner MEP
Job Summary
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparing and updating project schedules based on contract requirements
- Supporting setting work programs and target milestones for each phase
- Monitoring daily MEP work progress and preparing weekly progress reports
- Maintaining and recording site work progress information from Project Manager
- Assisting in preparing cash flow curves and progress documentation
- Supporting vendor coordination and tracking delivery schedules
- Helping prepare vendor-wise work schedules from master schedule
- Coordinating with stakeholders and design consultants on planning matters
- Maintaining project schedule files and documentation
- Supporting preparation of monthly progress reports
- Assisting Project Manager with schedule comparisons (plan vs actual)
- Learning MS Project and project planning tools and processes
Education & Experience Credentials:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in project planning or scheduling
- Basic proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
- Understanding of construction and MEP project workflows
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of datacenter and commercial/industrial projects preferred

- Good attention to detail in schedule maintenance and documentation
- Willingness to learn project planning best practices and tools
- Ability to follow instructions and support senior planners
- Basic analytical skills for schedule development
- Proficiency in MS Project and Excel
- Team-oriented approach to project coordination
