About the Role
As Nu Skin launches its operations in India we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the development and executive of our marketing strategy. This role is critical to establishing Nu Skins brand presence driving customer acquisition and ensuring successful product introductions in the Indian market. You will lead all aspects of marketing including product marketing brand communications digital strategy and local campaign executive while ensuring alignment with global messaging and standards.
This role reports to senior leadership and collaborates closely with global marketing product legal and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing
- Localize and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches working in close coordination with global product teams.
- Develop compelling product positioning messaging and value propositions tailored to the Indian consumer.
- Lead competitive analysis pricing input and market research to ensure Nu Skins offerings are differentiated and relevant.
- Translate global assets and campaigns into effective local executives that resonate with the market.
Brand & Communications
- Build and adapt Nu Skins brand identity for the Indian market while preserving global brand consistency.
- Lead public relations influencer engagement and thought leadership strategies to build trust and awareness.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content (written visual and video) for campaigns events and digital channels.
- Manage localization of global communications for the Indian audience across platforms.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital campaigns across paid media social search and e-commerce platforms.
- Establish the brands online presence including oversight of local website social channels and e-commerce integrations.
- Use performance marketing tactics (SEO SEM and paid social) to drive traffic engagement and conversion.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize digital marketing efforts and measure ROI.
Strategic & Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing local marketing team as the market grows.
- Work cross functionally with operations sales finance and regulatory teams to align on launch and growth plans.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency and local adaptability.
- Manage agency partners budgets and timelines for campaigns and activations.
What Youll Need
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (Masters or MBA preferred)
- Min 12 years in marketing leadership experience ideally in beauty wellness or consumer goods sector.
- Proven experience launching or scaling brands in the Indian market with a revenue of min INR 100 Crores
- Strong background in product marketing brand strategy and digital campaign execution.
- Deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior media landscape and digital ecosystem.
- Excellent communication leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while also managing day-to-day execution.
- Familiarity with D2C omnichannel and e-commerce environments a strong plus
