Role Overview
The Head – Social & Digital Marketing will lead the overall digital branding and marketing strategy of GCCI. The role focuses on brand positioning major event campaigns performance analytics paid advertising and strategic oversight of all social media activities across all platforms and departments including Membership Service Centre Training Events Committees Task Forces and major initiatives while coordinating with the social media execution team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and define the overall digital branding strategy of GCCI across all online platforms.
Oversee social media presence of all GCCI departments including Service Centre Membership Committees Task Forces Training Programs and Major Events.
Plan and supervise digital campaigns for big GCCI events summits conclaves exhibitions and flagship programs.
Analyze performance of major platforms (Instagram YouTube LinkedIn Facebook X) including reach engagement growth and conversions.
Monitor and evaluate paid advertisements (Ads) on social media and digital platforms including budget utilization targeting and ROI.
Review content quality branding consistency creatives captions and messaging prepared by the social media team.
Prepare and present digital performance and analytics reports for major events and monthly/quarterly reviews.
Coordinate with event membership and communication teams to align offline activities with digital promotion.
Track trends competitor activities and best practices in digital branding and marketing relevant to chambers and industry bodies.
Guide and mentor the social media and digital marketing team for continuous improvement and brand growth.
