Real Estate Paralegal
Location: Downtown Vancouver BC
Salary: $80000$95000 (commensurate with experience)

Our client is a well-established downtown Vancouver law firm with a strong reputation in commercial real estate. They offer a collaborative professional environment and are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy real estate practice.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in commercial real estate transactions providing comprehensive paralegal support from due diligence through to closing. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced team-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assist with commercial contracts of purchase and sale easements rights of way subdivisions and strata plans
- Prepare documentation related to acquisitions dispositions financing and development of commercial properties
- Attend to registrations with land title offices and applicable government registries
- Conduct due diligence searches and prepare detailed summaries
- Liaise with clients opposing counsel registries and other stakeholders
- Provide general paralegal and administrative support as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal preferably in a commercial real estate practice
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional proactive and collaborative approach to work
