Role Overview

Were looking for an experienced BDE / Upwork Bidder who can generate qualified leads submit winning proposals and close IT service projects on Upwork.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Upwork profile and bidding strategy

Identify relevant IT & digital service projects on Upwork

Write customized high-converting proposals

Communicate with international clients and understand requirements

Coordinate with technical team for estimates and solutions

Close deals and maintain long-term client relationships

Track leads proposals and conversions

Requirements

Proven experience in Upwork bidding / freelance platforms

Strong understanding of IT & digital services

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Ability to generate leads independently

Knowledge of pricing negotiation and project scope
