Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Executive with strong expertise in project coordination and advanced Excel skills. The candidate will be responsible for tracking project progress managing reports and ensuring timely delivery of tasks while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track project activities timelines and deliverables

Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Excel

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Support process documentation and reporting

Required Skills (Mandatory):

Strong Project Management/coordination experience

Advanced Excel skills (reports dashboards data handling)

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Knowledge of Logistics and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

Familiarity with SAP

Experience in vendor onboarding and coordination
