DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of the Sr. Officer (Training & Knowledge Development) include:
Assist Training & Knowledge Development Manager in planning scheduling and supporting of all training activities for SQH providers community providers and staffs
Assist Manager in developing and updating training packages to be in accordance with SCH and National guidelines and incorporate adult learning techniques into the training process
Support Manager in organizing Training of Trainer or orientation sessions for new projects or activities as necessary
Collaborate and conduct together with Regional Operation Teams for implementing training activities for health services providers
Act as a Technical Focal Person in facilitating and conducting staff capacity building training and development
Collect review facilitate and ensure in-time compilation of all training attendance and reports for their assigned programs and improve training approaches and update the contents regularly
Track target and achievements of training activities of their assigned program/programs and report to Manager
Continually learn new technical advances programmatic directions and changes to apply in training activities
Qualifications :
Key Skills:
The key skills required for the position of the Senior Officer (Training & Knowledge Development) include: Medical: A Medical Doctor with sufficient experience on delivering services in each of health area of interest to SCH.
Training: A comprehensive understanding of training curriculum development and methodology
Facilitation Skills: Exceptional skills in facilitation with a variety of participants with different educational backgrounds
Technical: A well understanding of the health areas in which SCH implements
Communication skills: Good communication skills which will enable him/her to deal with providers of all channels during training sessions
Organizational skills: Highly organized and be able to manage multiple tasks without needing close supervision and follow up
Qualifications:
Must be M.B.B.S degree holder
Must have well experiences of training
Must have good communications presentation and facilitation skills including sufficient reporting skills in English
Must be well organized systematic dedicated proactive responsible and be able to interact well with others
Must be willing and able to travel extensively to all project areas
