We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls emails and chat.
• Provide accurate valid and complete information using the right tools and resources.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in a Customer Support role preferably in an International Voice Process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in customer support software CRM tools and related applications.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are an advantage.
