What Youll Be Doing:

Oversee transportation and warehousing operations making sure products move from A to B seamlessly.

Handle customer escalations with calm confidence and creativity turning challenges into solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams-sales customer support and inventory-to keep operations tight and efficient.

Monitor KPIs identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that make life easier for everyone.

Bring in fresh ideas to streamline operations reduce delays and enhance the overall customer experience. What You Bring to the Table:

4 6 years of work experience preferably in D2C e-commerce operations.

Hands-on experience in transportation and warehousing management.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities without losing your cool.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; regional languages are a bonus.

A proactive can-do attitude with a flair for keeping things organized-even when chaos strikes
