Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams
Regular follow-ups with clients for feedback requirements and updates
Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM/trackers
Share regular status reports and updates with clients and management
Support business development activities through relationship management
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Client-handling and coordination skills
Good follow-up and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment/staffing process (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Email)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in customer relationship client servicing or recruitment coordination
Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Organized proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
