Overview
The Senior Director Digital will lead the organizations global digital portfolio driving innovation and growth across multiple practices. This role is pivotal in shaping the companys digital future ensuring that emerging technologies data-driven insights and design-led solutions are harnessed to deliver measurable business outcomes. The position requires a visionary leader with strong technical depth able to balance strategic oversight with informed guidance while managing a diverse team of senior digital leaders worldwide. As steward of the established Digital COE the Senior Director will expand its influence ensuring it becomes a catalyst for innovation and measurable business outcomes worldwide.
Your role
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global digital strategy aligning with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee digital practices including Technical Authority Digital Growth Data & AI Technology Solutions Global Innovation and Digital Design.
- COE Growth: Drive and expand the established Digital Centre of Excellence ensuring it evolves as a hub for innovation best practices and global collaboration.
- Innovation & Transformation: Champion adoption of AI data analytics cloud and design-led practices to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Governance & Standards: Establish frameworks best practices and compliance across global digital programs.
- Commercial Impact: Support sustainable growth by identifying opportunities that strengthen market presence and contribute to long-term business outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior directors and managers fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation.
About you
- Experience: 18 years in digital transformation technology consulting or related fields with proven global leadership.
- Expertise: Strong background in Data & AI cloud solutions digital design and innovation practices.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage senior leaders and global teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience in driving business growth and managing portfolio performance with a focus on sustainable outcomes.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker with an innovation-driven approach customer-centric focus and ability to influence at executive levels.
- Education: Advanced degree in Technology/Engineering
