Job Summary

Job Overview :

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to promote premium sailing trips sunset cruises and private yacht experiences offered by the client . The role involves meeting luxury hotels travel partners and concierge teams to increase bookings. The ideal candidate should enjoy outdoor and water-based activities be confident while interacting with high-end clients and support marketing activities both on land and on the water. You will help visitors understand and choose experiences like sunrise sails sunset cruises romantic dinners island trips and customized celebrations.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote yacht and sailing experiences to luxury hotels resorts villas and travel agencies.
Visit hotel travel desks and concierge teams to explain packages and maintain regular relationships.
Assist customers with booking details trip options timings and special requests.
Coordinate with clients for smooth scheduling of sailing trips sunset cruises and private events.
Support on-water promotional activities such as experience previews photo-shoots or customer assistance.
Help in creating marketing content and updates for social media.
Represent the company professionally during outdoor activities events and onboard experiences.
Maintain daily reports and share updates with the management.

Job Requirements :

Graduate in any field (BBA BCom MBA preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable travelling around Goa to meet hospitality partners.
Must be able to ride or drive for on-site visits.
Should enjoy outdoor activities and be comfortable on boats sailing trips and water-based experiences.
Basic marketing knowledge and good computer skills (emails MS Office online communication).
Confident in interacting with premium clients and travel partners.
Interest in social media and ability to support online engagement.

Job location: Campal Panaji Goa.

Salary 18000 (basic) 2000 (travel allowance) incentives Total monthly earnings up to 35000.
