Tasks
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records (digital and hard copies) with high confidentiality.
- Attendance & Leave: Monitor daily attendance and track leave records for accurate payroll processing.
- Payroll Support: Assist the finance team by providing essential attendance and leave data.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and benefits.
- Documentation: Prepare official HR letters including Offer Appointment and Service letters.
- Compliance: Ensure company policies are followed and assist with statutory requirements like EPF/ETF.
- Welfare: Assist in organizing company events gatherings and welfare activities.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Certificate in HRM (PQHRM/CCHRM or similar) from a recognized institute like IPM/CIPM.
- Experience: 12 years of working experience in an HR or Administrative role.
- Language Skills: Good command of English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
- Preferred Age: 2535 years.
- Location: Candidates residing in the Colombo area will be given preference.
