Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment employee coordination HR administration and policy management within a fast-paced working environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings CV screening interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.

  • Maintain and update employee records databases and HR systems.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and induction coordination.

  • Assist in preparing HR letters reports and internal communications.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

  • Help monitor attendance leave records and ensure timely documentation.

  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.



Requirements

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources Management Business Management or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.

  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
