Job Summary
The duties and responsibilities of MIS Junior Officer include:
Prepare the monthly quarterly and other routine health services reporting process
Assist Officer Sr. Officer and Senior Data Science Manager of MIS team to create advanced reporting systems use of GIS and GPS technologies Power BI DHIS2 and troubleshooting of databases
Assists Senior Data Science Manager in designing new databases and data analysis
Assists Senior Data Science Manager in responding to ad-hoc information and data request from user departments
Weekly back-up process of MIS databases

Key Skills:
The key skills required for the position of MIS Junior Officer include:
o Technical Knowledge - Must have understanding the professional knowledge on day-to-day MIS related work
o Operational management - Must be able to manage her/his time effectively to meet targets and also manage assigned MIS analyst for optimum productivity
o Communication - Must be able to understand basic communication skills and effectively communicate with internal & external colleagues
Qualifications:
o Must be a graduate with a computer or data science related University degree or science degree
o Must be able to use MS Access Excel Power Point Power BI DHIS2 and have knowledge related to data analysis
o Must have an experience in related field o Should have good communication skills in both Burmese & English
o Should be organized systematic dynamic and must interact well with others
