Takealot Group South Africas leading online Retail / Fashion / Delivery organisation is looking for a highly talented Marketplace Sales Graduate to join our team in Cape Town. The Graduate Programme will be split between all businesses within the Group namely: TFS and Mr D.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelors Degree in Business Commerce Marketing Economics or a related field

Key responsibilities:

• Support sellers with basic account management and operational queries.
• Assist sellers with understanding platform tools processes and best practices.
• Monitor seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Help improve product listings catalogue quality and stock availability.
• Support promotional activities by coordinating submissions and tracking outcomes.
• Assist in preparing seller performance reports trackers and dashboards.
• Escalate operational or technical issues to relevant internal teams.
• Participate in seller training sessions webinars and enablement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and actions taken.

This is a 12-month contract position.
