Our client who specializes in the Printing equipment and supplies industry is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team at their Durban offices.

Duties & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

Matric is essential.
Proven sales experience.
Experience selling technical products or equipment (advantageous).
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting networking and referrals.
Manage and grow an existing customer base.
Conduct client visits product demonstrations and needs assessments.
Prepare and present quotations proposals and pricing solutions.
Work closely with technicians and warehouse staff to ensure accurate product supply and delivery.
Track sales activities pipeline progress and forecasts.
Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products competitors and market trends.
Ensure excellent customer service before during and after the sale.
