Job Summary

This role is designed to give leverage to the CEO. You will sit at the center of the business and ensure that systems processes data and execution flow across teams without friction.

You’re the person who can zoom out to understand strategy zoom in to fix execution details and drive clarity across functions. If you want exposure to every part of building and scaling a consumer business — this role gives you that.

About the Role

Act as the right hand to the CEO — extend execution bandwidth across functions.
Build systems and processes for Sales Finance Product Marketplace and Operations.
Run company-wide dashboards KPIs and data packs; ensure data hygiene.
Drive zero-to-one initiatives: new categories new channels new GTM motions.
Partner with Offline Sales to improve distributor systems reporting and cadence.
Run Weekly Business Reviews with functional heads; identify gaps & unblock execution.
Coordinate cross-functional launches programs and strategic priorities.
Own internal communication alignment and follow-ups.
Lead special projects as required — no task is “outside scope.”

What Great Looks Like

3-4 years in consulting high-growth startups program management COO/CEO office or business operations.
Strong analytical and Excel/data skills; ability to build dashboards and insights.
Exceptional ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams.
High ownership bias for action strong written & verbal communication.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and solving unstructured problems.
