KeyResponsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Ownend-to-end hiring across corporate operationsand leadership roles
Partner with business and functional heads on workforceplanning and hiring strategy
Ensure hiring quality cultural fit and timely closures
Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
Track and review hiring metrics vendor performanceand cost efficiency
HR Generalist &Operations
Owncompleteemployeelife cycle:onboarding confirmationengagement performance& exits
Drive HRpoliciesSOPsand processstandardization
Managepayrollinputsattendanceleaveand HRISgovernance
Ensurestatutory compliance(PFESICgratuity labor laws)
Actasprimaryescalationpoint for employeerelations andsensitive HRmatters
Leadership&StrategicSupport

Requirements
