Great opportunityto start your career in a full-time permanent role as a Legal Operations Administrator.You will be part of a committed group of experts supporting the work of the Legal Services team.

As a Legal Operations Administrator you willbe requiredto perform a variety of tasks relating to referred matters tofacilitatetheir resolution support the administrative operations of the Legal Services team and contribute to projects.

The role is based in our Ultimo (Gadigal land)/ Melbourne office.

As a Legal Operations Administrator your responsibilitieswill include:

• Supporting the progression of matters with the Legal Services team in particular matters referred to the Legal Operations division.
  
  

• Draftingreviewingand coordinating approvals for correspondence both internally and with our external stakeholders.
  
  

• Producing legal referrals matter summaries fee calculations evidence verificationreportsand any other documentation.
  
  

• Providing support to the overall operations and day-to-day running of Legal Services.

Prior experience in the legal profession is not necessary as on the job training will be provided.
