Supporting over 100 marine businesses this precinct integrates marine trades vessel sales retail and hospitality within a resort-style environment.
The owners are proud of their long-tenured workforce with many team members exceeding ten years of service. Due to continued growth they are now seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their professional front-of-house team.
This role offers the opportunity to become part of a progressive and supportive organisation contributing to the ongoing evolution of Australias marine industry.
The Opportunity
- Coordinating vessel bookings for haul-outs returns and marina stays
- Communicating with a wide range of customers and onsite tenants via email phone and walk ins
- Managing inbound calls emails two-way radios and face-to-face enquiries
- Taking payments quoting invoicing and general admin duties
- Scheduling vessels and bookings
- Using Pacsoft (marine based software) along with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
- Working onsite full-timewithin a dynamic team environment
A Successful Candidate Will Have
- A strong foundation of marine knowledge understanding boats and the industry is essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a broad customer base
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive customer-focused attitude with solid admin capabilities
- Full Australian working rights unfortunately this role is not open to Working Holiday Visa holders
