Due to continued growth we are seeking an SMSF Administrator. Working closely with SMSF Accountants youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration compliance and workflow management of our SMSF client portfolio while contributing to a collaborative and high performing team.

This role would suit an experienced SMSF Administrator looking for a stable long term position or someone early in their accounting or finance career who is keen to build deep exposure to SMSFs within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end administrative support for a portfolio of SMSF clients
Entering and reconciling accounts using Class
Preparation collation and management of SMSF compliance documentation
Managing workflows deadlines and document control
Liaising with SMSF accountants auditors and other stakeholders
Maintaining accurate client records and systems
Providing additional support to SMSF accountants as capability grows

About You

Youll bring experience or strong foundational knowledge relevant to SMSF administration along with a proactive and detail focused approach.

Ideally you will have:

Previous experience in SMSF administration or a background in accounting/finance through study or early career experience
Familiarity with SMSF software such as Class or the capability and confidence to learn quickly
An understanding of professional services environments deadlines and compliance driven work
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and clear communication style

Development & Progression

This role offers long term stability with scope to grow based on your interests and strengths. Over time this may include progression into a senior SMSF administration role or for those who choose broader exposure across SMSF accounting or the wider accounting team.
