Job Summary

About the Role

TCWA are currently seeking a Sales Administrator on a fixed term maternity leave cover contract to join our successful team based at our Kewdale branch.

This role requires someone who is a quick learner adaptable and has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Processing the sales administration of new trucks
Providing administrativesupport to the sales team
Assisting with month end processes and ad hoc reports
Completingthe licensing and paperwork of new vehicles
Assisting with relief cover for reception as required

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:

Previousexposure and experience in a similar position would be highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously andin a team environment
The ability to work well under pressure
Strong organisation and time management skills
Current Drivers License & vehicle
