Job Summary
Role Summary
Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium
- Guiding CAT A team in ensuring that almost all RFQs in the market come to Tata AIG GICL.
- Working on converting the RFQs.
- Assisting the team in working with brokers and underwriters to increase top line.

- Guiding CAT B&C team in ensuring that almost all RFQs in the market come to Tata AIG GICL.
- Working on converting the RFQs.
- Assisting the team in working with brokers and underwriters to increase top line
ÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂÃÂÂResponsible for Sustainable Profitability
- Ensure that bottom line is intact.
- Guide the team on filtering accounts based on LR experience
To maintain the Hygiene
- Ensuring that team books the sourced business in time to ensure policy/ endorsement are provided to client quickly.
- Track various steps n the process such as CRS creation CD creation cheque bounce reconciliation sourcing booking requirements taking relevant approvals follow up with UW and operations team coordination with taxation team etc. Target is to inward 95% cases within 15 days time.

Experience
- 10 - 12 years of experience in insurance / Financial sector
At least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/ business line in Broking
Education
- Any Graduation
