Job Summary
Job Title: Area Manager – Prime LAP (Individual Role)
Industry: Premium NBFC Secured Lending
Locations: Tamil Nadu: Salem (1)
CTC: 12 – 18 LPA (based on experience & performance)
Role Overview:
We are hiring Area Managers for the Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. This is a pure individual contributor role responsible for driving business volumes managing channel relationships and ensuring portfolio quality within the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Prime LAP business through DSA connectors and open market sourcing
Build and manage a strong channel partner ecosystem in the assigned area
Source quality LAP cases and ensure healthy portfolio performance
Coordinate with credit legal and operations teams for smooth case closures
Achieve assigned disbursement sourcing and revenue targets
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Maintain strong market visibility and local brand presence
Eligibility Criteria:
4-8 years of experience in secured lending
Mandatory experience in Prime LAP / LAP / Mortgage products
Hands-on experience with DSA & channel-led sourcing
