Job Summary
Job Description
We are currently hiring for a senior leadership role as Head of Product Design based in Bangalore. The role will involve leading and scaling a multidisciplinary design team across 2D 3D Graphics Packaging and Content. Responsibilities include establishing design systems ensuring quality and consistency of design output collaborating with other teams driving production cycles and mentoring team members.

- 8-10 years of experience in product design and creative leadership
- Strong portfolio covering 3D design product visualization packaging and brand systems
- Experience managing internal creative teams and external agencies
- Ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments
- High aesthetic judgment and storytelling capabilities
