We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactivefull timeteam member for ourSydney Airportlocation.

Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the location.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • To greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey

  • Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred

  • Go the extra mile to ensure high quality service and provide a WOW experience for the customer

  • Also be of assistance to any customers who are commencing their journey

  • Conduct damage inspection of all returning vehicles; and any outgoing vehicles to retain customer peace of mind and overall satisfaction

  • Checking the vehicles for roadworthiness and ensuring appropriate oil levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained

  • Checking for any chips on the windscreens and checking for any panel damage or any other general wear and tear on the vehicle

To be considered you should possess:

  • Previous experience in customer service retail or sales

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers

  • Computer literacy skills required

  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays

  • Valid Australian drivers license with a clean driving record

  • Current and ongoing Australian work rights

  • A positive can do attitude!
