About the Role: As a Sales and Rental Administrator youll be essential to ensuring our operations run smoothly providing vital support not only to our sales team but also across our rental operations which make up a significant part of our business. You will manage the timely and accurate processing of orders rental agreements and customer documentation while coordinating internally to support a national company with an extensive branch network. Key Responsibilities: - Support sales staff with administration tasks by processing and managing sales orders rental agreements and invoicing
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of products and services as per customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records across multiple internal systems including CRM and related platforms
- Provide top-tier customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What youll need to succeed: - Previous experience in a sales or rental administration or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential and prior experience with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning system) is considered an asset
- A proactive can-do attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
