What We Expect of You

  • Previous experience in hotel is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated experience with OPERA hotel PMS is advantageous.

  • A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence

A Glance at What You Will Do

Operating behind the scenes youll be the central command for guest communication delivering seamless support and driving service excellence from the heart of our back-of-house (BOH) operations.

  • Act as the central communication hub managing all inbound guest queries via phone email mobile messaging and internal platforms from a back-of-house environment.

  • Receive record and relay messages clearly and promptly to ensure operational continuity across departments.

  • Log all guest requests and service issues in the hotel system coordinating with relevant teams (e.g. Bell Housekeeping Engineering) and following up to ensure full resolution.

  • Provide informed guidance on room features hotel services and local attractions to empower guest experience even from a BOH environment.

  • Process room service orders offer menu support and accurately record transactions within the point-of-sale system.

  • Assist guests with digital access and in-room technology including Wi-Fi troubleshooting and entertainment system support.

  • Maintain and update property telephone directories to support operational clarity for Talent.
