Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced detail-oriented and highly organized Clinical Recruiter to partner with department leaders across the organization to attract recruit and hire high-quality clinical this highly collaborative role you will manage the full-cycle recruitment of licensed clinical positions union and non-union working closely with nurse managers clinical directors service line leaders and HR partners to ensure staffing levels support patient care quality and safety priorities.
The Clinical Recruiter leads strategic clinical recruitment initiatives builds and maintains strong talent pipelines and delivers consistent positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. This role ensures all recruitment activities align with Jefferson Healthcare policies applicable collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and federal state and local employment laws including Washington State requirements.

What youll need:
- Required:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience supporting high-volume clinical hiring
- 2 years of recruitment experience within a health system
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment compliance
- Excellent communication organization and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
- Preferred:
- Clinical experience
- Five or more years of general office experience
- Three or more years working in Human Resources
- Healthcare experience
- Experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Professional-level Human Resources certification and/or license
Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift; Onsite; Exempt
