Join our Consumer Insurance team to support the delivery of innovative home claims experiences. Youll contribute to strategic initiatives collaborate with cross-functional teams and help drive continuous improvement that benefits our customers and business.
This is a 6-month secondment through to 30 June 2026.
What Youll Do
- Support the end-to-end delivery of home claims initiatives ensuring quality outcomes for customers and the business
- Collaborate with project teams to identify validate and prioritise opportunities for improvement
- Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders ensuring solutions meet customer needs
- Integrate change management strategies to minimise barriers and enable effective delivery
- Provide regular updates and showcase features to stakeholders supporting transparency and engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver impactful solutions
What Youll Bring
- Experience in insurance claims or financial services with a focus on project delivery and continuous improvement
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to develop actionable insights and drive performance
- Effective communication able to tailor messages for diverse audiences and articulate complex ideas
- Ability to autonomously prioritise work and manage activities to achieve team goals
- Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement negotiation and influencing outcomes
- Intermediate technical literacy comfortable discussing technology solutions that support business processes
