SEEKs Hirer Insights team powers the analytics data pipelines and dashboards that help hirers understand how to attract convert and retain the right talentturning marketplace signals into actionable decisions. Youll join a passionate highperforming group reporting to a Senior Product Manager and collaborate daily with Product peers AI Platform Services Analytics and Engineering. We partner closely with stakeholders across Strategy Commercial Excellence and Sales to identify opportunities validate them through evidence and user research and deliver highimpact initiatives. About the role
The Associate Product Manager works within our Hirer Insights team on a portfolio of customer and internal facing Insights products that provide data and insights on product performance and spend and supply and demand of the marketplace. Our Insights products allow hirers to understand how the SEEK marketplace and individual products perform so they can make good decisions about their recruitment strategies and spend on SEEK. This is a strategic and growing pillar of the product strategy for the Hirer Monetisation Domain.
Responsibilities
With the support and mentorship of a Senior Product Manager you will:
- Define customer problems clearly working closely with Product Designers to deeply understand user needs and align solutions to meaningful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineering to translate insights into product roadmaps and clear requirements and deliver value iteratively from discovery through to launch.
- Monitor competitors and adjacent solutions partnering with Design and Commercial teams to inform product differentiation and pricing or packaging decisions.
- Set success metrics contribute to dashboards with Analytics and help track product performance and ROI.
- Plan and run customer interviews surveys and usability testing alongside Product Designers to validate hypotheses gather feedback and de-risk product decisions.
- Engage Strategy Commercial Excellence Sales and Customer teams to align priorities communicate progress and support change adoption.
- Contribute to OKRs and support roadmap prioritisation using data customer insight and expected impactwith guidance as you build confidence.
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers and AI Platform Services to design intuitive insight-rich products that users genuinely love.
Qualifications :
Skills and experience
- This role is ideal for someone curious and passionate about product and customer insightsenergised by building data-powered productsand either early in their Product Management journey or interested in pivoting into Product and learning the ropes. You might come from marketing analytics digital analytics AI software development or a related background.
- Strong analytical and data fluency confident in querying exploring and interpreting data and able to partner with data engineers/analysts to lift both back- and front-end performance of Insights products.
- A test-and-learn mindset designing lightweight experiments iterating quickly and making sound decisions even with imperfect information.
- Structured problem-solving breaking down complex ambiguous challenges into clear hypotheses and data-driven decisions that balance customer value and commercial impact.
- Clear influential communication with excellent written verbal and presentation skills to align and persuade stakeholders across Product Engineering Sales Marketing Support and customer teams.
- Collaborative delivery and agile practice coordinating cross-functional squads guiding stakeholders through unknowns and moving work from discovery to shipped outcomes efficiently.
