- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for assigned roles across software engineering cloud data QA and related functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements timelines and hiring priorities.
- Drive sourcing through LinkedIn job portals referrals and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates coordinate interviews manage offers and support onboarding handover.
- Act as the recruitment point of contact for assigned business or technology teams.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring status updates.
- Support recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide functional guidance to junior recruiters when required.
Person Specification
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field.
- 46 years of hands-on experience in IT or technical recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT roles technologies and hiring terminology.
- Strong sourcing screening and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
