Job Summary
The QA Lead (AI) is responsible for leading quality assurance activities with a focus on test automation and AI-enabled testing solutions. The role ensures high-quality software delivery by designing automated test frameworks applying AI-driven testing approaches and guiding QA teams in implementing efficient testing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA activities and oversee test planning execution and reporting.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.
- Implement and enhance AI-driven testing approaches to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Guide and mentor QA engineers on automation and testing best practices.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify defects analyze root causes and ensure timely resolution.
