Job Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a period of 6 - 12 months. As an intern you will support the team in various recruitment activities and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels such as job portals social media and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify potential candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms
Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates
Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems
Support the team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Person Specifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Proactive and eager to learn
