Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Procurement Executive to join their team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director this position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of automotive parts and retail products.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports cost comparisons and forecasts using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables VLOOKUP macros dashboards).
- Track market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the MD on strategic procurement decisions and provide regular updates on performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases contracts and supplier performance.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in procurement preferably within automotive retail or FMCG.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis reporting automation).
- Strong negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement software/ERP systems is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
