Responsibilities:
- The primary objective is to acquire and cultivate talent and improve communication and cooperation among workforce members.
- Instilling high performance culture stakeholder engagement monitor of employee movements manage all IR related matters implement of culture initiatives and leading change monthly/quarterly HR reporting driving organisational norms and values consolidate remuneration and benefits initiatives employee wellness and benefits event management administration and ad hoc duties.
- Initiates and sustains continuous dialogue with leaders on change issues and partners in exploring options for resolving the issues. Analyses change capability capacity and commitments identify transformational change journey risks and defines the risk strategy.
- Acts as coach and trusted business advisor to influence the business in the areas of leadership organization effectiveness leading change organization architecture building capability and the implications of short and long-term strategic decisions.
- Ensures that HR compliance and relevant legislation is adhered to
- Consolidate plans and implement for the respective business unit
- Developing strategic HR plans and policies
- Hiring guiding and evaluating the work of HR for the subsidiary companies
- Aligning organisation structure to current & forecasted business levels and operating model
- Deciding and acting on initiatives for equal opportunity diversity etc.
- Assuming responsibility of labour and employee relations.
- Defines & executes Integrated HR business processes & best practices.
- Developing the Groups Succession Planning framework & objectives
- Delivering group staff costs to ensure efficiency & effectiveness of Human Capital
- Creating a performance culture for appropriate business performance.
- Ensuring all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices.
- Pitching the group Employer Brand to attract & retain best/suitable talent.
- Analysing the effectiveness of HR operations and policies
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Core HR Skill Areas: HR Planning & forecasting Talent acquisition and development OE & Change Reward Management Employee Relations and Transformation. Sound understanding of Local labour/employment laws.
- Proficiency in Organization Effectiveness Practice Areas: Integrated Talent Strategies Development/Implementation Change Planning/Management Learning & Development Capability Human Capital Management Organization Design Performance

Qualifications:
- Relevant Honours Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
