We are looking for an experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end local procurement processes including sourcing negotiations purchase orders and supplier management
- Support minor import procurement including documentation shipment tracking and coordination with clearing agents
- Ensure timely and cost effective procurement of goods and services in line with operational requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
- Prepare procurement reports spend analyses supplier performance reports and monthly dashboards
- Ensure accurate data capture and processing in Sage
- Use Microsoft Excel for reporting analysis and procurement tracking
- Manage supplier contracts renewals and compliance with agreed terms
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply
- Monitor market trends pricing and availability of key materials
- Collaborate with production warehousing finance and supply chain teams to support operational needs
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and cost saving initiatives
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in procurement within the FMCG sector
- Strong experience in local procurement and exposure to import procurement
- Proficiency in Sage
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong reporting and analytical capability
- Experience in contract management
- Excellent negotiation communication and supplier management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational discipline
